About Parts and Labor: Serving the classic griddle burger alongside a modern soda program, beers that run the gamut from cult favorite to craft, and a carefully curated spirit selection, Parts and Labor brings a taste of a Southside legacy to Logan Square. Russ Grant, owner and operator of Logan Square establishments Parts and Labor, Boiler Room and East Room was raised in the restaurant business. Grant’s father opened Wonderburger in 1954 on the southside of Chicago. Known for their classic griddle burger, famously topped with special sauce, Grant was moved to open his homage to the family business in December 2013.

Bantha Burger $13


A grilled and seasoned bison patty on a brioche bun with tomato, onions, and our special force sauce. Your tongue can’t repel flavors of this magnitude.


Darth Taters $8


The Sith Lords have returned and they’re DELICIOUS! A large basket of golden fried tater-tots topped with pepper jack-cream cheese béchamel, shredded cheddar, and bacon bits.

Scruffy-looking Nerf-Herder $11


The sandwich that finished the Kessel-run in less than 12 parsecs. Not really, but it is a delicious pulled jack fruit and chipotle-bourbon BBQ sandwich, topped with pickled cabbage and red onions on a vegan bun.

Our classic double patty burger topped with a fried egg, our homemade rotating syrup, cream cheese, and bacon. Served with curly fries.


Fried Egg Sandwich $9

A fried egg on toasted sourdough served with bacon, Gouda, and tomato. Served with curly fries.


Open Face Tofu Scramble $9

Tofu Scramble with green onion and red & green peppers on toasted sourdough. Topped with tomato, arugula, poblano veganaise, vegan mozzarella, and fried spinach tortilla strips.


All Omelettes are served with our Homemade Hashbrowns.

One of our classic burger patties, American cheese, onion, and pickles.

Build Your Own $10

3 egg omelette with any 2 of the following:
